At 8:00 when the team came in I would go over the white board with the daily tasks and have a general daily group meeting to start the day since the team usually scattered to do their tasks from there and we would address any concerns or questions. Look for other quality products created by Harmony Farms with you and your family in mind. ![]() With any remaining time I had left before the team came in, at 8:00, I would finish any small tasks I wasn't able to the previous day or would be able to start then finish before they came in. I would then write out the team's daily tasks on a white board that was accessible to the entire team. My day would start at 7:30 where I would turn on all of the equipment which took approximately 30 minutes to warm up. When I was promoted to the Packaging Supervisor I kept both the pace and the fun-loving nature of the work environment in mind, but added more efficient procedures so we could meet (and increase) our daily goals all while having fun doing it. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the general workplace with my co-workers as it was relaxed, but we always had daily goals set in place.
